We are now recruiting for an experienced full time Bartender/Barista located in our Dunshaughlin Restaurant.

Responsibilities :

• Making and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee and espresso drinks, cocktails, wines and beer.
• Knowledge of wine, beer , spirits and cocktails
• Welcoming customers and helping them to determine their beverage choice
• Educating customers about the menu options
• Opening and closing the station
• Maintaining inventory
• Keeping equipment clean and in running order
• Basic food preparation and service
