Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic BDC representative/Receptionist to join our growing dealership's sales team. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop leads for business development opportunities. Analyze customer needs.
- Present products or services that are the most appropriate fit.
- Define opportunities and prepare proposals.
- Build customer loyalty.
- Work with existing customers to improve their level of service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.41 per hour
