Responsible for assessing inpatients psycho-social history, assisting the clinical team in developing a treatment plan, participates in discharge planning process and coordinates follow-up care for patients. Acts as a liaison for family, friends, and therapists and outside agencies. Provides family therapy and education. Provide oversight to coordination of care with clinical staff within the department. Responsible for training and mentoring hospital staff. Assists leadership in identifying, developing and implementing process improvement initiatives. Assists with community liaison outreach.

What You Bring/Job Requirements:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Two years of psychiatric or mental health experience
One year inpatient psychiatric hospital experience or outpatient psychiatric experience
Demonstrates clinical and ethical professionalism, conflict resolution and critical thinking skills
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Current Colorado State License as a Clinical Social Worker (CSW), OR Licensed Social Worker (LSW), OR Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly

This role will cover 12 hour shifts. This role will rotate coverage every other weekend with the team. We also have a holiday requirement (2 summer, and 2 winter holidays).

Pay Range:
$23.53 - $35.52 / hour
