Job Summary

This position provides direct intervention to children and their parents/guardians in the home, school and community and helps to achieve treatment plan goals through emotional support and therapeutic activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to client, either in a home, community or educational setting
• Organize and implement mental health activities and interventions with clients, as per the plan of care
• Coordinate with other team members to implement treatment plans and activities
• Teach clients how to facilitate peer and family relationships
• Transfer behavioral skills to caregivers to help clients successfully reach treatment goals
• Provide documentation of client sessions to report on behavior, treatment plan goals and achievements.
• Implement ABA interventions

Competencies and Skills

• High School diploma or higher
• Excellent communication skills
• must pass a drug test

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
