The Employment Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with a wide pool of qualified talent for our client pool.
The ideal candidate will have strong social and leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thrive for sales. These essential functions will be asked of the selected candidate:
- Maintaining a high level of daily activity to fill job orders with urgency
- Qualifying clients through our interview process.
- Making marketing calls to expand existing and create new business
- Interviewing multiple applicants daily and developing strong relationships.
- Following up daily with clients and associates to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conducting employment verifications on all new associates.
- Communicating effectively with your co-workers daily to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner
