Total Fitness Equipment is the premier Fitness Equipment provider for commercial fitness facilities throughout New England. We're presently the exclusive Precor/Peloton dealer for all 6 New England states. We provide equipment to the education market, hotels, multi family, rec centers, police/fire, senior centers and more.

We're growing and need a highly motivated business development individual to join our team to support for 4 outside sales reps. The 2 main components of the position are outbound marketing efforts from Apollo database and other lead sources while using Pipe Drive CRM for organization and performing 3D Sketchup renderings of fitness facilities for our reps as requested. You must be highly organized and motivated to develop new accounts.

You will be trained by the person presently in this position who is transitioning into a full time sales role. There will be on going support from that person as he will be working in the same office as you.

You must be skilled in MS Office and be quick on your feet. Have the ability to learn new software programs and be goal oriented. Speed of work is very important as there are deadlines for having renderings ready for the 4 reps. You need to be able to transition back and forth between the 2 areas of responsibility based on daily priorities. BS degree or Associates Degree required.

Weekly base salary of $800 plus commissions. We provide medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan and paid time off. A waiting period may apply for some of these benefits.
