Primary Job ResponsibilitiesOversee a caseload of upper elementary/middle grade studentsEffectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve best outcomes for studentsConduct and Assist special education teachers in assessment, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-REnsure the delivery of direct and/or consultation of behavioral services Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop function-based behavioral interventionProvide ongoing training to classroom staff and monitor the daily implementation of behavior intervention plans Address behavioral difficulties and provide crisis intervention as needed for identified studentsConduct observations and provide consultations for additional students and classrooms as referredDevelop and attend all progress and IEP meetings.
