Blume Organics Market & Boutique in Peachtree City, GA is looking for a sales associate to join our strong team. We are located on 300 Willowbend Rd.. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.

A Boutique Sales Associate ensures that guests are greeted warmly upon entry, offers help and suggestions to shoppers in the boutique, and checks out & gift wraps shoppers purchases. With an expansive offering of local made market goods, boutique items & jewelry, this position entails a dynamic, highly-specialized workflow, with plenty of opportunities to perfect the art of the modern-day Boutique Sales Associate: from helping shoppers find the perfect gift.

Responsibilities

*Communicate with customers & assist them while shopping *Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor

Qualifications

*Must be upbeat, outgoing, positive & a team player. *Must possess great people skills and assist guests with any questions. *Must be able to work positively in a fast-paced environment. *Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work well with others. *Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed. *Basic Math Skills. *6 months of previous work experience in a guest service or customer relations environment preferred. *High integrity with a great attendance record *Strong attention to detail
