As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Lead by example and hold your team accountable for meeting branch sales and service goals as well as financial and operational goals.
• Attend networking events in the community to help drive new member relationships and commercial clients.
• Challenge yourself in a fast-paced, goal driven work environment and manage deadlines and day to day operations.
• Participate and lead special project teams while also inspiring your team to do their best and be a thoughtful, caring leader.
• Collaborate with peers and be an effective communicator for the betterment of the credit union.
• Always adhere to the highest ethical standards and exhibit professional conduct.

What we need you to have:

• A college degree (preferred).
• Two to five years of similar or related experience, including the supervision of others.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
