Key Responsibilities:
– Work with and influence senior leadership and steering groups to leverage and maximise key brand investments
– Translation and alignment of global strategy to drive local ambition
– Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
– Liaise with internal and external agencies – design, digital, media, sponsorship
– Input to internal strategies and training to drive employee advocacy, brand awareness, and effective championing
– Ensure the consistent and effective use of our visual identity and brand tone, reviewing concepts and training
Skills/Experience needed:
– 7-10 years of broad-based marketing experience, ideally in professional services or B2B marketing/brand management
– deep knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels
– Strong commercial, analytical, planning, and forecasting skills
– Proactive problem solver
– Creative mindset with ability to turn business insights into actionable integrated marketing campaigns and maximise go-to-market impact.
