Please note that speaking Polish or Russian / Ukrainian / Lithuanian is essential, as majority of the stores we supply are ethnic.

We are adding a new member to our Bread Distribution Team (BREAD DELIVERY DRIVER / ВОДИТЕЛЬ - ЭКСПЕДИТОР / KIEROEWCA DOSTAWCZY).

And it's a lot more exciting than only driving! Your work will have a great impact on the whole business and our relations with customers and partners, because thanks to you

* clients will receive daily bread and cake deliveries, all fresh!

* bread shelves will be always replenished in correct order and in a safe, courteous and efficient manner;

* all products we supply will be available for sale at any time between deliveries, because you would have ensured an optimal level of shop stock;

* all orders for the next day delivery will be processed in a timely manner and with actual customer needs and sales results in mind;

* shop managers will be able to liaise with us, communicating their needs and concerns to you directly and you will pass this information on to us

If you have already done a similar job, that's great! If not, we will provide a full training for you, so you are comfortable in your position and happy in your work! And there is more to it. An experienced supervisor will accompany and mentor you all the way, assisting when you need help and guidance.

This is a challenging and quite demanding role, requiring dedication, focusing, forward thinking and self-organization. Yet it's rewarding and offering you various perspectives, including that of becoming a Sales Manager, influencing the economical result of the entire company!

REQUIERED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Full Clean Driving License

· No previous driving convictions

· Van Driving Experience (obligatory)

· Delivery Driving Experience (desirable)

· Proven ability to work methodically, plan and prioritize

· Customer focus and communication skills

· Responsibility and reliability

· Speaking Polish or Russian / Ukrainian / Lithuanian is essential.

· Keen to develop and progress your career
