La Crepe Viera location. Breakfast and lunch restaurant is searching for a committed, proactive cooks/crepe makers who would enjoy work in an exciting, fast-paced environment. The cook will provide patrons with excellent food and quick service. You should be able to communicate clearly with all other staff. This position requires morning, weekends, and holidays, shift work. (We are close Thanksgiving and Christmas)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be capable of handling a high-volume the weekend , Prepare a variety of breakfast items like bacon, eggs, sandwiches and other food items to cook on griddle, fryers, and a variety of kitchen equipment, Understand and comply consistently with our standards, policies, and procedures including portion sizes, recipe specifications, cooking methods, plate presentation and garnishes ,Store, rotate, and maintain proper amount of product consistently Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, griddle, fryers, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment ny additional task that is deemed necessary in the future
• Prepare a variety of breakfast items like bacon, eggs, sandwiches and other food items to cook on griddle, fryers, and a variety of kitchen equipment
• Understand and comply consistently with our standards, policies, and procedures including portion sizes, recipe specifications, cooking methods, plate presentation and garnishes
• Store, rotate, and maintain proper amount of product consistently
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, griddle, fryers, flat top range, and refrigeration equipment
• Any additional task that is deemed necessary in the future.

Morning shift only 7am to 3pm

2 or 3 days off/week

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
