FirstPRO is in search of an IAM Business Analyst for our client located in Camden, NJ. The IAM Business Analyst will be responsible for providing expertise in the analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of identity lifecycle management and user access provisioning. This is a hybrid, year long contract position. Local candidates only please.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with business partners to define business and functional requirements and be the primary liaison between developers and the business teams.

Manage project-related tasks between team members and support coordination of activities between team members and others as needed.

Participate in and support the SDLC process, including project planning, execution, communication, and post-project activities.

Communicate with project manager on a frequent basis; identify tasks and issues that may have an impact on service level agreements or schedules.

Create project-related updates, documentation and presentations using tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Skills:

Previous experience with identity management solutions

Experience with ServiceNow

Familiar with testing plans

Ability to synthesize reported issues or feature requests and assist team in prioritizing work

Strong analysis and reporting skills (within Excel)

Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)

Proficient in creating workflow diagrams or other supporting visuals

Understands the business issues and data challenges

Seasoned in customer focus and relationship building

High level of organizational, written, and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical peers.

Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate analytical findings to a non-technical audience in clear and concise language

Outstanding problem solving and decision-making abilities

Expertise in business planning and management

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $41.00 - $51.00 per hour
