POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will work with Build Lead, business, and technical team. You will be responsible for collecting business requirements, compiling requirements documents, working with developers to convert requirements into Business Intelligence execution plans, and also running daily scum calls for your projects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA degree with a focus in Business Management / Computer Science/IT or a related discipline from an accredited institution within the last 3 years.
• 6 months of relevant experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• High initiative with the ability to multi-task and deliver results in a team and/or autonomous setting.
• Proficiency with databases and search engines, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong presentation skills, including written and oral and facilitation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport within all levels of the organization and to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Business analyanalyste experience, Product management

COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills

The hourly range is $21.05 per hour - $35.00 per hour. Pay is based on factors including school year, program of study, etc. In addition, paid internships include Amtrak rail pass privileges as a part of the experience along with one (1) PTO day per academic year.
