Business Banking Associate – South Burlington, VT:

Job Description:

• Onboard new members to core system, including collecting new account documentation. Member outreach to gain compliance with diligence items (state licenses, etc.,) and other requests for information.
• Work closely with Business Banking Specialist in providing support with: archiving new account documents, collecting outstanding documents, ensuring quality control and ongoing due diligence.
• Support frequently utilized capabilities, including Business ACH and wires.
• Deliver outstanding service that is in alignment with the Credit Union’s Service Promises.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of similar or related experience.
• A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact.
