Business Implementation Specialist

TR Fastenings provides best in class supply chain, engineering, and operations services to our customers in a
variety of markets including light vehicle, heavy vehicle, health and home, and general industrial. As a result
of the growth of our business, we need to help to further develop and enhance the implementation and
continuous improvement of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) and CMI (Customer Managed Inventory)
programs for new and existing customers.
We are currently looking to grow our team with a New Business Implementation Specialist that can function
remotely or work in one of our locations in Houston, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Louisville, KY.
Key tasks include:
- Lead Implementation projects for customers
- Perform Process Mappings to understand customers purchasing, supply chain, and operational
- Implement Lean Six Sigma initiatives in warehouses and customer locations.
- Develop SOPs to ensure expectations are reached and exceeded
- Develop plans to create cost savings for customers.
- Propose solutions to manage customers’ inventory.
- Subject matter expert on hardware and software for operational delivery systems.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are critical.
- Prophet-21/D365 experience a plus.
- Knowledge about the Fastener Industry preferred.
- Personable, good interpersonal skills to be able to work with others.
