Chill Insurance is currently on the lookout for a Business Insurance Executive to join our Team. We're after individuals who are talented, motivated, and ambitious and are looking to progress in the Insurance business. We are looking for a person who can inspire and deliver results and wants to progress within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving personal sales targets
• Developing additional business from existing clients
• Building relationships with clients , Insurers & relevant suppliers, and to regularly report on all external activities, feedback, and opportunities
• Managing specific client relationships and negotiate terms for maximum retention
• Assisting clients by providing best advice and risk management solutions , especially where results or trends are unsatisfactory for insurers
• Developing New Business from prospecting & outbound campaigns
• Assisting with the administration of customers’ accounts including renewal preparation

Qualifications & Skills

• APA OR CIP Qualified
• Excellent Communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Customer focused with a focus on providing best advice
• Excellent telephone & organisational skills
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment
