Key Responsibilities:

• Provides supports as a primary support contact and expert for IBM Cognos Analytics and other data virtualization tools
• Performs migration of Impromptu reports to IBM Cognos Analytics
• Closely works with various departments to determine and to define reporting requirements
• Enhances existing reports/dashboards to improve performance and presentation
• Delivers reporting solutions by developing and creating new reports
• Provides identification, specification, querying, validation and delivery of standard and custom reports
• Develops, validates and provides ongoing support of operational and project-related reports, scripts and data analysis
• Provides technical direction, guidance and assistance during project development, maintaining data integrity and quality control of delivered reports

Basic Qualifications:

• Possess a BA/BS in Business Information System or related discipline, plus 2-4 years of directly related experience
• Have experience and the knowledge of writing BI reports
• Have experience in BI tools such as IBM Cognos Analytics, CostPoint Enterprise Reporting or Cognos Impromptu
• Have experience in various database platform, such as Oracle, SQL
• Have experience in Microsoft 365 environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Various BI tools, such as IBM Cognos Analytics, Costpoint Enterprise Reporting, and Cognos Impromptu
• Deltek Costpoint ERP
• Data Warehouse, Oracle and SQL
• Clover ETL
