Posting Details
Position 2: Payroll; Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Experience: Three years of increasing responsible experience involving information systems analysis, including advising clients on technology solutions and conducting business process analyses and troubleshooting large, complex software applications.
AND
- Education: Equivalent to an associate degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in business applications, computer science, information systems or a related field.

- For work experience, a “year” is defined as equivalent to 40 hours per week for 12 months.

- Only coursework completed at, and degrees awarded by, accredited institutions recognized by the U.S. Department of Education will be considered as satisfying the minimum qualifications. Coursework and degrees that are completed outside of the United States are required to have transcripts evaluated (evaluation to U.S. equivalency and a course by course analysis) by an appropriate U.S. credentials evaluation service. - Experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions: Student Center, General Information, Admissions, Records, Degree Auditing, Transfer Credit, Academics, Finances, Financial Aid, Service Indicators, Check Lists, Student Groups, Student Level Data, Academic Program and Term Data.
- Student Services experience in a higher education leveraging business systems, data, and technology that support student enrollment, persistence, and graduation.
- Experience working with Oracle Support, Helpdesk, and Information Technology support to identify issues and implement innovative system solutions and upgrades.
Payroll Position:
- Experience with PeopleSoft HCM Payroll and/or Commitment Accounting configuration, enhancement, and support.
- Experience in Payroll regulatory compliance (ACA, FLSA, IRS, etc.) is desired.
- Experience with functional design and configuration of self-service related to HCM and/or Payroll system business practices.
- Experience with the full life cycle of a PeopleSoft Payroll implementation and/or upgrade project, including knowledge of integrated modules.
- Experience in data analysis, evaluation, design, software development, documentation, testing, implementation, documentation, and system maintenance processes specific to Payroll.
- Experience working with Oracle Support, Helpdesk, and Information Technology support to identify issues and implement innovative system solutions and upgrades.

- Student Services position is specially-funded and its continuation is dependent upon the availability and/or continuation of funds.
