Advanced Plumbing Technology, LLC (APT) is committed to providing a working plumbing system free of rusting, corroding and deteriorated old cast iron pipes. APT teams diagnose and recommends the best course of action regarding restoration or replacement of existing pipes.

APT is currently hiring for a Call Center Representative primarily answering incoming call from customers and scheduling appointments, input requests, and provide general information.

SCOPE OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service and provide service information about residential pipe plumbing. Schedule appointments and maintain and update reporting.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Respond to incoming calls and customer emails daily.
• Provide service information to customers.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
• Follow-up with customer calls where necessary.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Must have excellent customer services skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of customer services practices and principles.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communications skills.
• Present complex information in a way that enables clients to make informed decisions.
• Capable of quickly building rapport with clients, analyzing their needs and recommending solutions that are appropriate for the client’s needs.
• Must be proficient in typing skills – type 55 WPM.
• Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

PAY:

• Pay will be commensurate with experience.
• Full time position.
• Hours are between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Work rotating weekends.
