What is TRAVELLERS AUTOBARN and what do we do?

Travellers Autobarn began quietly in 1993 in Sydney and has since grown to become Australia's favorite budget/youth/student campervan sales and rental company. In 2016 we expanded operations to New Zealand and the company now has 8 branches across those two countries. Travellers Autobarn opened in the United States in early 2019 and now operates 3 branches (2 in California, 1 in Nevada). The company's success is testament to the caliber of people it employs – and we're looking for an experienced, dynamic and motivated Assistant Branch Manager to assist travelers from around the world enjoy all the fun & excitement of a West Coast Road Trip.

On offer is a full-time position, based in Las Vegas, NV. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor and make a huge difference.

To be successful in this role:

Looking for someone with the skills and knowledge to ensure that our vans are the best they can be at all times. Light cleaning, re-stocking, and light maintenance is the best description. You won't need to do any heavy mechanical work, just tinker around the edges to make sure that everything opens and closes, switches on and off, does not leak, everything works as its supposed to, is safe and clean. Ensuring the quality of our vans is maintained.

• Naturally strong communication skills, with the ability to influence & persuade at all levels
• A Fanatic when it comes to accuracy, organization, time management and attention to detail.
• Enjoy utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills.
• Cool, calm and collected when dealing with the unexpected.
• Love delivering great customer service outcomes and constantly looking for process improvement.
• Flexibility to sometimes deal with issues outside of work hours, including industry socials.
• Mechanical Qualifications/Experience. You will need to know the front end from the back end of a car, or how much blinker fluid is normally required?
