General Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

As a cultivation associate you will provide daily quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants from clone to harvest, which includes pruning, trimming, watering, and providing nutrients. The goal of this position is to trim as much flower as fast as possible, while keeping the quality and company image consistent.

• Assist with harvesting the plants and will then be responsible for the cleaning of rooms between harvests
• Careful monitoring of the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems; treatment for disease or infestation
• Assist with de-leafing and harvesting the cannabis plants, including hanging, curing, and drying the plants
• Ensure that cultivation areas and equipment are kept clean, organized, and functional
• Work under the direction of the Cultivation Manager

• Production Agent Card
• Cultivation Agent Card
• North Las Vegas Work Card
• General Industry OSHA 10

PLEASE NOTE: Red Diamond will offer a sign-on bonus of $250 to cover costs associated with obtaining all certification needed. As long as the employee remains with the Company for 90 days, they will not be responsible for the costs associated with obtaining employment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
