"Job Title: Cardiac Care Registered Nurse - West Burlington, IA
Job Summary:
As a Cardiac Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to patients using the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members. You will interact effectively with patients, their loved ones, and other healthcare providers while maintaining high standards of professional nursing. You will provide exceptional care to patients with a range of medical conditions, including adult cardiac/telemetry, stroke, vascular intervention, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Minimum Requirements:
Current registration and licensure in the State of Iowa as an RN
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS required
Current ACLS certification
Nursing experience in an acute care setting preferred
Technical and critical thinking skills in relation to sound nursing judgment
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
