Job description
Marty-Kramer Group LLC is looking to hire for Part Time 1st Shift, and Full time 2nd shift.
Shift schedule for first shift is 7am-3pm.
Second shift is 3pm-11pm.
Job Requirements:
Driver's License
General Knowledge of HIPAA and Wisconsin Privacy Laws
General knowledge of DHS 88, and residents rights
Strong communication and documentation skills
Take responsibility for and manage day-to-day problems, including implementation of treatment plans
Demonstrate organizational skills and time management skills
Observe and report/document resident behaviors and health status
Provide one on one supervision as directed
Deesculate/redirect unsafe or inappropriate behavior
Ability to cook, clean, stand for long periods of time
Education/Training Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Completion of CPR training
Completion of 15 hours AFH training 90 days of hire
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
