• Plymouth - Overnight

• Provide home health care services for clients in their own homes.
• Perform domestic and household tasks; damp mop floors, dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and laundry assistance.
• Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital if necessary-we reimburse for mileage.
• Provide medication reminders
• Well-versed in redirection methods
• Assist with clients personal care activities; dressing, bathing, incontinence care, etc.
• Monitor patients (glucose checks, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Maintain patients care records in company software program and document provided services after each shift.
• Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, and physical therapies/exercises as assigned.
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
• Provide meal prep and planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
