Job Description: Care for and build a relationship with a wonderful young woman with autism. Second to directly engaging with the young woman and ensuring her safety, the job involves meal prep, light household maintenance tasks, consistent data collection, and team communication with occasional team meetings.

Interview/Training: There is an introductory period which includes interviews and training, providing for the establishing of a relationship with the young woman, observation of other team members, Q&A opportunities, and feedback sessions.

Positions Available: Part-time and/or Full-time, 1-2 positions open, flexibility in working out schedule.

Compensation: $19.00/hour

IHSS hours also available

Requirements: Clean DMV, own car preferred, smoke-free environment. CPR certified, or willing to get certified. Able to work in United States w/ SS#.

Health and Safety Considerations: One client resides in her own home. Staff wear masks, temperature check and hand washing upon arrival, extra use of disinfection/sanitation products for the home, and an air filter is used.
