Newly opened business in the food court of Westfield Century City mall, specializing in gourmet dipped fruits, Acai bowls, fruit drinks and smoothies. We are seeking a Sales Associate Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers, by providing product and service information, prepping and making menu items, cashier duties, and maintain the company's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer orders from start to finish
• Prep toppings, make menu items
• Maintain cash, inventory, and temperature logs
• Opening, closing, and mid-day shift duties
• Up-sale dessert treats and store offerings
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Strong sales and people skills mandatoryEnergetic & motivated
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
