Job description
Currently recruiting for a catering assistant position for a busy catering unit based in Sandyford Business Park, The position is full time 40 hours per week and Monday to Friday. The shift time will be 7am to 3pm. The unit is based within a busy office block and there are 200 staff on site daily. The service model consits of one small restaurant with a full cafe offer, Limited Hot Breakfast and 1 classic main course and small sandwich bar for lunch service. The team will consist of 1 chef manger and 1catering assistant. The duties of the catering assistant will be to ensure the smooth running of the service, making sandwiches and serving hot food, helping the chef when required and keeping food areas clean and tidy, HACCP trained.
