This position is for Day Shift with typical hours between Monday – Friday 7am -4pm
As aRetail Commercial Delivery Driver,you will be the face of our company out in the public by providing outstanding customer service while delivering products to customers at construction and residential sites, businesses and contractor locations using a PPG company vehicle daily.
**Retail Commercial Delivery Driver Main Responsibilities
**
- Deliver paint and supplies to customers and job sites
- Load vehicle and match products to customer paperwork for accuracy
- Complete delivery paperwork promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle
- Ensure PPG high service standards are maintained in the store and customer issues are resolved.
- May support store by providing customer support, mixing, and tinting paint, upsell products, stocking, load/unload trucks, and help maintain store cleanliness
- Complete mandatory safety training, and wear protective gear for the job tasks
- Reporting to the Store Manager
**Retail Commercial Delivery Driver Important Qualifications
**
- Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Class B license and Hazmat Endorsement, with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate and Driver Qualification File
- Can operate a commercial motor vehicle with GVW > 10,000lbs and < 26,000lbs
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
