Are you a Certified Nursing Assitant(CNA) looking for extra income to supplement your existing job while working on a very flexible schedule?

Here at Creek View Home Health & Hospice, we are looking to immediately hire CNA's. This is a per diem position paid on a "per visit" basis.

A visit may range between 45mins - 1 hour and will involve providing skilled patient care at the patient's home. It is a low pressure environment that allows you to focus fully on the care of the patient.

Creek View is a Home Health and Hospice agency with a multi-state presence. We operate in Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV. Position requirements:

• Active CNA license in the state of Arizona.
• At least 1 year of home health experience.
• A valid and up to date CPR certification.
• A reliable mode of transportation. This position requires you to drive to the patient’s home.
