Fidelity's Workplace Investing (WI) Digital Platforms Technology team designs, develops, implements, and supports WI’s suite of Digital applications. The Expertise You Have

• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability leading and developing technology associates
• Proven experience leading cross functional development teams
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills coupled with a growth mentality and a desire to collaborate effectively with key business and technology partners across the company
• Experience working in an Agile software development framework
• Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science or related field

• Work with scrum masters and product owners to plan releases and coordinate development activities
• Ability to collaborate with technology and business partners across Fidelity to provide input into their roadmaps
• Ability to learn quickly, be flexible, adapt and strive to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
• Ability to be highly organized, very responsive, and committed to quality and high standards
