Chef de Partie Role, €15 p/hour

This position as Chef de Partie is based in Phoenix Park Dublin. You will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working with a friendly and dynamic team.

We are BaxterStorey, an independent hospitality food service provider operating in the UK, Ireland and Europe specialising in restaurants, cafes, deli bars and exclusive dining rooms for clients and customers in business and industry.

What we would like from our Chef de Partie

· NVQ qualification or equivalent

· Successful progressive background in catering.

· Be enthusiastic, a team player, and want to make a difference to the customers catering experience

· Be passionate about food, knowledgeable about future food trends and eager to contribute to the development and planning of menus

· Demonstrate the ability to consistently work to an excellent quality standard of kitchen operation, food safety and hygiene.
