JOB OVERVIEW

In this role, your primary focus will be serving in various roles to help the Front of House team serve guests efficiently. We are looking for someone who has a heart to serve others and is compelled by the opportunity to create an remarkable experience for both guests their fellow team members.

This position regularly carries and lifts 50 lbs with frequent bending and reaching overhead.

Your responsibilities as part of the team:

• Creating hospitality with guests with a warm welcome and table “touch-ins”
• Enjoy a fast-paced work environment that is both fun and safe
• Provide guests with an excellent experience by smiling, using eye contact, engaging in cheerful conversations, and using our famous slogan “my pleasure”
• Assist guests with questions about the menu
• Keep the Dining Room clean and tidy
• Maintain the bathrooms to ensure they are clean and stocked
• Work with the FOH team to ensure their stations are prepped and ready for service
• Refill tea and lemonade, bring up ice, take out the trash and put it into the compactor, etc.

• Must be able to carry and lift overhead 50 lbs
