Job Description

Position responsibilities Partner with Producers and Practice Leaders across the Series to drive creation of claims specific tools, content, and analytics Foster the strategic alliance with the insurance markets and adjusting firms to create new best outcomes for growth Collaborate with Producers and Client Service Teams in the sales process by providing pertinent claims service marketing input, preparing responses to broker RFP's and attending prospect meetings and presentations Research current trends and draft whitepapers and other educational presentations concerning the property space and claim advocacy best practices Maintain a client book as determined by the Director of Claims to handle claims, including:o Evaluate, develop, implement, and oversee Client claim management programs to provide recommendations for improvement and hold vendors and stakeholders accountable for outcomeso Analyze claim data, generate findings, and recommend a service plan and strategy for enhanced claim management that aligns with prospect and Client's risk management objectives and other Lockton Risk Services strategieso Advise and consult with Clients and internal constituents on coverage issues concerning property claimso Proactively monitor claims activities and facilitate the resolution of claims per service standards by industry vertical and/or as agreed upon with Cliento Function as liaison between Clients and insurance carriers, and challenge adjusters as warranted, to advocate for the best outcome for the Client in accordance with Lockton Company service standards Cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders, including Clients, Property Practice Leaders, Producers, Client service teams, Claim Administration vendors (TPA's) and Carriers Prepare written correspondence, analyses, reports, and memos as needed Travel to Client, Carrier, and/or TPA locations as needed Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed
