Job Overview:

Service and operate pan washing machine.
To maintain a clean and safe work area.

Collect dirty pans, racks and metal skids and move to pan washing area. Set up machine, mix soap, and clean up machine. Wash all metal skids. Run pans through pan washer. Thoroughly inspect pans for cleanliness and scars. Collect and stack on metal skid or similar holder.

Operate and adjust pan washer as needed for proper operations.

Perform one or more of the following duties:

Clean general work area

Remove all waste from the area and dispose of in the appropriate manner.

Handle all waste in a manner consistent with company and USDA procedures.

Wash tanks by either hose or automatic tank washer and pull empty tanks to cooler.

Empty Trash Barrels into trash carts regularly

Take trash carts to the trash room when full; do not overfill them

Bring new cleaned and empty trash carts to the line as needed

Check condensation and wipe pipes with sponge mop as needed

Must take caution with water hoses and steam; avoid getting over spray on the line, in products and on other employees.

Perform job in a safe and efficient manner as directed by team leader or company procedures.

Keep any record or statistical charts required.

Keep area clean and orderly.

Perform other duties as assigned.
