Location: Onalaska, WI

Hours: Monday – Friday; 5:30 am – 2:00 pm

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00/hour and a robust benefits package including 3 weeks of paid vacation and 8 paid holidays in first year, merit increase eligible twice annually!

Purpose & Summary: As a Cleaning Specialist at Dynamic, you will be an essential part of our operations team! The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing office areas, conference rooms, training rooms, break rooms, bathrooms and common areas by performing various tasks. The team member will perform routine cleaning of facilities, including emptying trash bins, restock consumable supplies such as soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towel and maintain an overall professional appearance of common areas. Day to day responsibilities may include:

• Cleaning of the facility
• Removing garbage and waste
• Restocking soap dispensers, toilet paper, paper towel

Requirements: For consideration as a Cleaning Specialist for Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations, candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 to 3 years of experience, and alignment with our Core Values. Additional requirements include:

• General cleaning in both an office setting and an industrial setting
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
• Basic cleaning skills using a broom, vacuum, carpet cleaner, mop, and other standard cleaning supplies
• Ability to be self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of 6S and Lean Manufacturing Principles.
