St. Joseph's Foundation is a voluntary organisation providing comprehensive services for people with intellectual disabilities. Founded in 1968 the Foundation has grown through continuously responding to the needs of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.The Foundation provides services to children and adults, through day services, residential, respite care, and home support in the North Cork and Southwest Limerick region. We have day and residential services in various locations in the North Cork and South Limerick area; such as Charleville, Dromina, Newtownshandrum, Buttevant, Newmarket, Mitchelstown and Mallow, in Limerick; Ballylanders,Ballyagran, Bruree, Bruff Croom Dromcollogher, Granagh Kilmallock, and Liskennett.

Location: Charleville, Co.Cork

Role: Clerical Officer – Grade III

Contract type: 6 month fixed term contract

35 hours per week

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year administration or clerical experience.
• Advanced in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
• Experience working in a healthcare setting (advantage)

Duties Include:

• First point of contact on phone/emails etc.
• Provide administrative support to senior management.
• Reception duties when cover is needed.
• Assist HR team with administration duties.
• Analysing, collating, maintaining and entry of data.
• Use appropriate technology to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Minute taking at Team meetings or meetings as required.
• Planning, scheduling and organising meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
• Ensure that archives and records are accurate and readily available
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
