Job Description & Summary:
A career in our Assurance support services will provide the opportunity to support our audit engagement teams by ensuring a complete and relevant exchange of information between our engagement teams and clients. You’ll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and audit clients across the South East regions to enhance our ability to meet the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned as required:
Responsibilities:
Liaising with audit, internal risk management and data quality teams to assist with audit related administrative duties
Drafting engagement letters, representation letters etc. and liaising with audit teams for completion of same
Assisting with the creation of new clients through Salesforce and iPower
Preparation of anti-money laundering checklists and supporting documentation and know your own client submissions
Preparation of authorisation for services requests and acceptance forms
Liaising with central hub teams and service delivery centre in booking, submitting & monitoring audit related requests
Preparation of initial draft audit related documents required by audit teams
Occasional ad hoc support to office management
Candidate profile:
Efficient and organised individual with an ability to work to tight deadlines
Multitasker with meticulous attention to detail and follow through
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal with a focus on the development of strong relationships internally as well as externally
Strong IT skills
Flexible with a positive attitude towards change
Ability to work independently and with self-direction
