WONGDOODY Los Angeles is looking for a full-time, highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Partner (also known as Account Supervisor) to work across a portfolio of business.

As a Client Partner at WONGDOODY you'll have the opportunity to manage the integrated day-to-day efforts with key client relationships and accounts. You'll write scopes of work, manage projects / timelines and collaborate with creative and other teams, while managing a variety of projects. You'll lead the charge on a variety of initiatives including traditional advertising and CX/digital transformation efforts – working with an integrated team across the US and in other countries.

The ideal candidate is a poised, quick-thinking leader and team-player with a dynamic personality. Bonus points if you're tough as nails, charming as heck, and have a fabulous sense of humor.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as key day-to-day strategic partner and agency point of contact to your Clients.
• Help build business and marketing plans that align with Client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate internally to find opportunities and solutions to Client needs.
• Be a thought leader on the category and competition and proactively bring new thinking to your Clients.
• Manage development and execution of omni-channel marketing, focusing heavily on digital deliverables.
• Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task to facilitate an efficient flow of work.
• Manage cross discipline teams, providing guidance, clear direction and thought leadership on a day-to-day basis.
• Establish, improve and maintain processes and documents to aid in the organization and accuracy of how the projects work.
• Make sure all client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and on budget
• Reports into the Senior Client Partner

WHAT YOU'VE GOT

• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or a related field desired
• 5+ years' experience in a client services organization, preferably on product and service innovation projects, with digital or ad agencies
• An ability to manage CX, strategy and design engagements with multiple project tracks and teams
• Track record of expanding relationships and revenue through organic growth
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills. Ability to function as both a member and leader of the team
• Ability to develop a strong, friendly, and trust-filled relationship with the Client.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle a large number of projects simultaneously and complete them on time with the highest level of quality
• Understanding of integrated production and the ability to lead various productions from start to finish
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude with team members and Clients in stressful situations
• Ability to evaluate creative work from both a strategic and executional perspective
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Confident and persuasive presenter
• Ability to carefully listen and process input from either Client or Agency and question it to assure validity versus other alternatives
• A sense of humor!
