We are looking for a Client Solutions Planner to support the Growth Team at TikTok. Planners are responsible for the tactical and executional components of advertiser campaigns including the integration and planning work with cross functional teams. This member of the team will work with all departments in the org including Creator Monetization, Brand Strategy, Ad Ops, Sales Ops, Brand Partner Managers, Product, and Account Managers. The Planner is involved in pre and post sales and will develop comprehensive media plans leveraging our first-in-class ad product suite. The ideal candidate will utilize educational knowledge and industry knowledge to help us build a strong business with Client Services at the forefront of all we do.

Responsibilities:

• Support and work with the Sales Team on pre-sale research and client pitches
• Perform on-going research to inform vertical best practices and identify opportunities
• Support CSM team in post-sales campaign execution and reporting
• Act as a project manager for campaign execution, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and collaborating with cross functional partners
• Assist in client tracking including pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system
• Work with internal teams including Finance and Sales Ops team on client approval, inventory allocation and other internal processes.

Qualifications

• Final year or recent graduate with a background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
• Ability to analyze data and identify insights to recognize trends and inform decisions
• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and communicating complex issues
• Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Excel
• High attention to detail and very organized
• Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking
• Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
