Dairygold Co-operative Society Limited is pleased to invite applications for the position of Commercial Graduate to join our global sales team at our Headquarters in Mitchelstown, Co. Cork.
Dairygold supplies premium cheeses and dairy nutritionals made from milk whey and casein to the global marketplace, including infant formulae and protein powders. By adding value through smart innovation, research and industry-leading processing techniques, our already nutrient-rich raw milk is being converted into top quality ingredients that will nourish the growing world.

This exciting new role will support the objectives of the commercial team which are to achieve profitable and timely sales to our global customer base. Key to this is the customer interface which creates the insights that we need to maintain a strong pipeline of products, as well as building the awareness of our unique selling point.
Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Joining our high performance commercial team and performing tasks that ensure that the objectives of the team are delivered.
- Responsibility for the sales of specific product lines and coordination with other internal functions with the aim of providing a best-in-class service to the customer.
- Developing customer relationships through dealing will customer queries and progression to assuming responsibility for management of customer accounts.
- Identification of new opportunities through the collation and analysis of market intelligence and reporting insights to the business.
- Assisting with marketing activities including tradeshows and targeted campaigns.
Candidates for this position must possess:
- A relevant 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Business Studies, Food Business/Science, or a related discipline.
- Ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Attention to detail, planning & organisation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with all stakeholders including customers.
- Resilience and a solution focused mindset.
- Some Project Management Experience.
- Team Player.
