Job description
YOU MUST HAVE GROUND UP COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE AND BE FAMILIAR WITH DIRT WORK AND UTILITIES You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. Working mainly in Portland area with minimal jobsites as far south as Brookings Oregon and North to Vancouver WA. Must have strong carpentry and leadership skills and be willing to facilitate rough and finish carpentry work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial construction management
- Previous experience in all aspects of ground up new build restaurants
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must have strong carpentry skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 annually
