Position Title: Account Manager, Commercial Lines

Job Description:

• Respond to policy changes, billing questions, renewal reviews and other requests in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate and timely communication to customers through verbal and written communication.
• Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions
• Maintain accurate client files properly documenting conversations with insured and carrier underwriters.
• Submit and negotiate the best terms and conditions on new and renewal business.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of commercial account management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products.
• Understanding of commercial insurance underwriting, coverage, and rate analysis.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft suite of products.
• Sound, professional communication skills with both internal and external clients.
• Active property and casualty license.
• Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude, and willingness to help others.
• Effectively communicate with Producers regarding new and renewal business submissions.

Preferred:

• CPCU or CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor).
• FARM experience
