TheCommunity Team Manageris a supervisory position responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) and the day-to-day operations of assigned I/DD residences. The Community Team Manager of I/DD Services (CTM of I/DD) reports directly to the Community Director of I/DD Services of assigned community, the Community Team Manager of I/DD Services is a part of the community management team and protects the health, safety, finances, and confidentiality of all Consumers supported by Merakey/IDD/ Philadelphia.

Requirements:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required with Four (4) years experience in human services preferred
- OR Associates Degree from an accredited college or university in human services or related field plus two (2) years of experience in human services field preferred
- Ora bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services or related field
- Valid Driver license with reliable transportation
