Construction Crew Member (Concrete / Steel / Metal / Carpentry)

Valor Contracting provides general contracting, design build, construction management, and tilt-up concrete services across the Fargo/Moorhead area and surrounding region. OUR OPPORTUNITY:
Valor Contracting is currently looking for a motivated & responsible Construction Crew Member to join our group. As a Construction Crew Member for our company, you would be responsible for:
- Unloading materials
- Assembling and installing materials
- Keeping the job-site clean and organized
- Operating hand and power tools
- Assisting concrete, carpentry, and steel crews
- Additional duties as assigned
To excel in this role, an individual will need to:
- Have reliable transportation to and from the job-site
- Enjoy working outside, in all weather conditions
- Be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds
- Be able to lift, maneuver and climb varied size ladders, including 30 ft expandable ladders, and follow all ladder and roof safety compliance measures
- Have forklift experience (preferred, not required)
- Be responsible, accountable, dedicated, punctual, professional and dependable
Pay Range - $19 - $32+/hour (Compensation is based on Total Rewards Package to include potential bonus' and 401K match)
