Construction Experience is required. As a Production Manager, oversees the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure enough resources on hand. They schedule workers' on schedules, estimate production time and prepare time budgets to ensure workflow meets required deadlines. They must also ensure that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly and increase SKC organization efficiencies, perform tasks such as taking inventory, making supply need orders with Procurement Department, handling disputes among team members and regularly assessing safety standards in all areas is a must. Will responsible for overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing plant, Refurbishment of existing modular buildings and entire labor force at Facility. Their duties include hiring and training manufacturing plant employees, reviewing production records to determine whether employees meet their performance expectations and coordinating with General Manager to enforce changes to plant budgets or safety procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,296.00 - $93,054.00 per year
