We’re looking for a passionate Content Designer to join our talented team of research engineers and software developers, behavioural scientists, and product managers and help us solve challenging problems in digital health. Invent with us the future of digital health.
Let’s talk about responsibilities:
- As a key member of our cross-disciplinary team, you will be creating informational content for our users and patients along with powerful business narratives that present the insights and learnings we obtain from our unique, continuous experimentation process
- You will bring value to our team by creating high-quality, engaging content that clearly presents our key messages and meets our content rules, guidelines, and product specifications
- You will help us accelerate our experimentation process and best communicate our innovative value propositions - by standardizing our terminology, optimizing feature naming, and shaping a shared language
- You will be designing, writing, testing, and optimizing UI content to empower our value propositions and early product experiments
- You will be creating infographics that tell our ‘data stories’
- You will be illustrating ideas and complex concepts
- You will be creating short videos that communicate product concepts, features, insights
- You will be enabling behaviour change though the use of written & visual content
- You will play a critical role in driving real innovation by creating appealing, consistent, and informative content experiences that help us serve our ultimate purpose: improve the lives of millions of patients worldwide
Let’s talk about qualifications and experience:
- Professional experience as a content designer, content strategist, UX writer or related role in a digital product setting
- Experience in creating written and visual content for diverse topics and audiences across channels.
- Ability to quickly adopt the right style, tone, and format according to the purpose and the communication needs of each initiative
- Experience in addressing accessibility requirements in content design
- Ability to quickly capture complex concepts and articulate essential messages and value propositions
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and design methods
- Understanding and appreciation of behavioural science and designing for behaviour change
- Familiar with Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, and /or other design tools
- Video creation/ editing skills and experience
- Related Academic studies
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience in product design and development methods - able to influence early product decisions
- An online portfolio of relevant work is a plus
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary innovation teams of product managers, researchers, software engineers and data scientists, in an agile mode

- You are passionate about innovative digital experiences in the healthcare space
