Job Summary:

North Country Snow and Ice Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator and Work Order Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our work orders and contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies, and ensuring work orders are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage our work order system to ensure all projects are assigned, tracked, and completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and legal requirements in all aspects of contract and work order management.
  • Review, validate and approve work orders, ensuring the work performed meets our quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Validate vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing for services rendered.
  • Communicate with vendors & customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise during project completion.
  • Administer contracts by creating, reviewing contract terms, tracking deliverables and payments, and managing contract renewals and extensions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all work orders are properly documented and invoiced.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of services in accordance with contract terms.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the work order and contract management processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Reports to Senior Account Manager.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related role, such as project management, contract administration, or quality control.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Proficient in DocuSign, Online Measuring Tools and Service Management Platforms (e.g. Ariba, Corrigo, Service Channel, Maximo)
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Monday, Trello or Asana is a plus.
  • Some remote work is available on a weekly basis.
  • Some travel requires for training and industry events.
  • Salary commensurate with qualifications

Pay: $55,074.00 - $65,702.00 per year
