Job description:

• Under general supervision, evaluates customers needs and makes product/service recommendations accordingly.
• Responsible for ensuring proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Assists in unloading products and deliveries.
• Effectively communicates features, benefits, and warranty policy information to customers.
• Ensures warranties are properly taken care of in a timely manner.
• Follows all safety, health, security and environmental standards.
• May be required to perform open/close procedures.
• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 2 years related experience.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills required; Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Should have forklift experience and warehouse experience.
• Customer facing and phones position so should have experience in customer service as well as general Microsoft skills.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
