We are growing! Come join the trendiest DIY Craft Studio in the Charlotte area! Pinspiration Lake Norman is looking for PART TIME creative individuals that love to interact with our customers. Outgoing personality and solid work ethic are a must. Creative assistants will assist our customers with a wide variety of craft projects, included but not limited to canvas painting, wall art and our famous Splatter Rooms! We also host a large number of kids’ parties on the weekends, so the ability to work with children and open availability on Saturday/Sunday is a must to apply.

Starting hourly pay is $10/hr plus tips. We guarantee $15/hr on your bi-weekly payroll (including tips). Historically, most Creative Assistants have made between $17-$22/hr on their bi-weekly payroll. 15-25 hours/week. Must be 18+ as we serve beer/wine.

• Our studio is open Tuesday-Thursday, Noon-8pm; Friday/Saturday, Noon-9pm; Sunday, Noon-6pm. Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days of the week, so open availability on those days is a must.
